Peated malt meets the depth of wine cask influence, revealing a finish layered with dark fruit, softness, and lingering smoke.

Bold peat and Pinot Noir come together in this richly layered, award-winning whisky; named Best in Show at the 2021 New York World Spirits Competition.
Features:
Our Wine Cask Finish spent time in two carefully chosen barrels. This Peated Single Malt began its journey in first-fill bourbon casks made from charred American oak, building a bold and smoky foundation.
From there, we hand-selected a single cask to finish in a local Pinot Noir barrel crafted from toasted French oak. The result is a beautifully expressive whisky: rich, smoky, and layered.
Pair with: Aged Prosciutto, Jamon Iberico, or similar aged ham.

Appearance: Red Amber
Nose: Strawberry jam opens the nose, followed by campfire smoke, bright tangerine and cherries, grounded by vanilla and the freshness of sea air
Palate: Smoked fruit leads into toasted almonds and walnuts dusted with powdered sugar, before baking spices and lingering smoke take over
Finish: Structured tannins lead to a playful tartness like sour candies, followed by white pepper, cool mint, and a smoky peat that lingers long after the last sip
