A touch of the tropics meets our all-American Single Malt. First aged in our shaved, toasted, and recharged oak barrels, then finished in Jamaican rum casks, this whisky is a softer, more approachable take on our STR Rum Cask Finish.
It's a marriage of our classic STR and Rum Cask-Finished STR, where sunny Caribbean warmth meets the cool, fog-draped West Coast in perfect balance.

Nose: Delicate coconut and banana sweetness drift over seasoned oak.
Palate: Vanilla and caramel lead the way, joined by baked plantain and a medley of mixed peppercorns that add gentle spice.
Finish: A whisper of plantain and molasses linger with a slight earthy character that grounds the sweetness.
