Can I return a bottle of whisky?

All bottle sales are final in accordance with ABC (Alcoholic Beverage Control) regulations. If your purchase is found to be spoiled, contaminated, or otherwise unfit for consumption, you may return the product within 15 days of purchase with a valid receipt for a refund to the original form of payment or, if preferred, an exchange for the same item. If the return is due to an item arriving damaged, 10th Street Distillery will cover the cost of return shipping and issue a replacement product. Photo documentation of the damaged item must be provided via email to initiate the return process. To request a return, refund, or replacement, contact 10th Street Distillery by email.

Can I reschedule or cancel a tasting or tour?

Tastings and tours may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 2 hours prior to the reserved time. Changes made after this period will be issued a credit for future use at the distillery.

What can walk-in guests taste without a reservation?

In accordance with ABC regulations, walk-ins are only permitted to taste 1.5 oz of whisky while at the distillery. This could be in the form of a whisky flight or a craft cocktail. For tours and paired tastings, please book 24 hours in advance.

What services do you offer?

Guided distillery tours, whisky tastings and flights, private and corporate events, cocktail experiences, and whisky shopping both online and at the distillery.

How do I get started?

Reserve a tasting or tour online, join the Whisky Club, or contact us to plan a private or corporate event.

Can I visit without a reservation?

Yes, however we recommend making a reservation. Walk-ins are limited to tasting 1.5 oz of whisky, which may be served as a flight, cocktail, or full pour when space allows. You will not be able to participate in distillery tours or small-bite pairings.

What should I know before my visit?

Arrive a few minutes early and bring a valid ID.

Is parking available at the distillery?

Complimentary parking is available directly in front of the distillery and along the side of the building. Street parking is also available in front of the distillery.

Are children allowed in the tasting room?

No, public tasting hours are reserved for guests 21 and older. However, children may attend private events when accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Do you allow service animals inside?

Yes. Trained service animals are welcome in all public areas of the distillery, including the tasting room.

What if someone in our group is not drinking?

There is no cost for a non-drinking guest to join your group. If they participate in a distillery tour, a $25 fee applies and may be paid onsite.

What is your bottle return policy?
