Born in 2024, the year of the Dragon, this Single Malt is crafted using traditional pot still methods and never chill filtered, preserving every drop of character. It's been carefully aged across three distinct casks: The journey begins in STR casks, moves through wine casks, and finishes in Port casks. What emerges is a whisky of depth, power, and balance. This is the Dragon.

Appearance: Amber with a tint of red wine

Nose: Dried fruit and caramel meet toasted oak, with hints of warming spice, dark chocolate, and a whisper of citrus

Palate: Rich and full bodied with bold toffee, dark chocolate, and roasted nuts layered with spice and charred wood, touched by subtle smoke

Finish: Sweet vanilla and honey bring everything into balance
