Our tribute to this melting pot begins with two of our award-winning California-made single malts, STR and Distiller's Cut, blended with two exceptional pot-still distilled light whiskies sourced from the storied Seagram's plant in Lawrenceburg, Indiana.
The result is an easy-drinking, refreshing whisky with subtle layers of complexity—perfect for a sunset highball on the deck, an aperitif before dinner, or alongside your meal. It also happens to be the highest-rated American Blend ever (94 points from BTI).
Appearance: Lightly Oaked Chardonnay
Nose: Pleasant and immediately approachable, this whisky opens with the familiar warmth of American oak, stewed stone fruit, vanilla custard, and coconut cream. Then it shifts, revealing Pacific sea air and that distinct scent of first rain on sun-baked concrete.
Palate: Effortlessly smooth—silky panna cotta, fading campfire embers, wild dandelions, and golden heathered honey dancing across the tongue.
Finish: Glazed donuts meet tart lime candies in a finish that refuses to rush, coating your palate with a silky texture that leaves you wanting more.
ABV: 42%
