When we had the chance to bottle Jamaican rum for an importer, we knew exactly what it meant: freshly emptied rum barrels ready for our whisky.

We didn’t waste a moment, filling those rum casks the very same day with whisky from our STR casks. What emerged is something special: a spirit that smells like rum but drinks like whisky with a finish that stays long after the glass is empty.

Nose: Tropical fruits like mango, toasted coconut, and caramelized plantains give way to layers of strawberry, honey, and melon all wrapped in fresh buttermilk biscuits

Palate: Bright strawberry candy hits first, leading into dried coconut and banana pudding. White pepper and warm allspice weave through, adding depth

Finish: Green papaya, spicy ginger, and root beer notes emerge and linger, creating a dynamic finish that keeps revealing new layers
