Born in the Year of the Dragon, Crafted to Conquer Every Palate. We weren't shocked when our Triple Cask took home top honors at Whiskies of the World, earning the title of #1 Whisky in the World and outshining some of the most celebrated names in the industry.
This Single Malt is crafted using traditional pot still methods and never chill filtered, preserving every drop of character. It's been carefully aged across three distinct casks: The journey begins in STR casks, moving on to wine casks, and finishing in Port casks. What emerges is a whisky that rewards you with rich, layered flavors and a finish that stays with you. This is the Dragon.
- Appearance: Amber with a tint of Red Wine
- Nose: Dried fruit and caramel meet toasted oak, with hints of warming spice, dark chocolate, and a whisper of citrus.
- Palate: Rich and full-bodied with bold toffee, dark chocolate, and roasted nuts building into layers of spice and charred wood, touched by subtle smoke.
- Finish: Sweet vanilla and honey round out the finish, bringing everything into balance.
