Features:
Our all-American creation, this whisky is aged in STR (Shaved-Toasted-Recharred) barrels and double distilled in all-copper pot stills using domestic 2-row barley and water from the California Sierras.
Bottled without chill-filtering to preserve its complexity, the result is an aromatic whisky with a warm, inviting structure and a beautifully rounded finish.
Pair with: Thin Cut Kettle Chips, Pecorino Romano, Fresh Fig.

Appearance: Light Golden
Nose: Gentle spice rises through layers of sweet caramel and butterscotch, warm and inviting.
Palate: Complex cherry-like sweetness blooms across the tongue, revealing vanilla bean, nutmeg, and clove in a complex, unfolding embrace.
Finish: Smooth and round, lingering with the decadent richness of candied fruits.
