Shaved, Toasted, Recharred—Our STR Single Malt Is All-American Craftsmanship.
Our All-American creation, this whisky is aged in STR (Shaved-Toasted-Recharred) barrels. Double distilled in all-copper pot stills using domestic 2-row barley and water from the California Sierras. Bottled without chill-filtering to preserve its complexity. The result is an aromatic whisky with a delicate balance between the malt and oak notes.
- Appearance: Light Golden
- Nose: Gentle spice rises through layers of sweet caramel and butterscotch, warm and inviting.
- Palate: Complex cherry-like sweetness blooms across the tongue, revealing vanilla bean, nutmeg, and clove in a complex, unfolding embrace.
- Finish: Smooth and round, lingering with the decadent richness of candied fruits.
