STOUT CASK FINISH STR SINGLE MALT

From beer to whisky and back again, a whisky that honors its roots.

Single Malt Whisky is the distilled spirit of beer, so it only feels right to bring the two back together. After aging in STR barrels, this single barrel expression finishes its journey in a stout cask, reconnecting with its roots. We partnered with Strike Brewery, lending them our STR casks to age their stouts. When they were done, we reclaimed one of those casks and used it to finish one of our STRs. The result is a beautifully layered malt where dark chocolate meets rich berry, citrus peel mingles with baking spice, and every sip honors where whisky comes from.

• Appearance: Dark Amber
• Nose: Chocolate nibs and tobacco leaf open the experience, followed by dried orange peel, maple syrup, and deep molasses.
• Palate: Dried orange and candied cherry lead into toasted nuts, warm baking spice, and seasoned oak. Dark chocolate and rich malt round it out.
• Finish: Deep molasses and bright citrus peel fade into vanilla, leaving a lovely burnt caramel sweetness that lingers.
• ABV: 57.5%
