Our Peated Single Malt is born when tradition meets innovation. Peated barley journeys from Scotland to meet mineral-rich water drawn from Sierra snowmelt, before resting in first-fill bourbon barrels. What emerges is a whisky where smoke and fruit intertwine, bold yet balanced, expressive, and beautifully well-rounded.

- Nose: Bright citrus cuts through the air with an essence of peat smoke trailing behind.
- Palate: Creamy vanilla and dark red apple peels coat the tongue, evolving into rounded peat flavors that balance fruit and smoke in delicate harmony.
- Finish: Full-bodied and buttery, with peat smoke that lingers long after the glass is set down.
