First Milestone

Founded by engineers and whiskey enthusiasts Virag Saksena and Vishal Gauri in San Jose, California. The name “10th Street” reflects its location in the city’s warehouse district.

2020

Second Milestone

Significant acclaim for core whiskeys with medals at major competitions, including Double Gold for STR and other accolades (e.g., San Francisco World Spirits Competition).


2023

Third Milestone

Whisky Bible author Jim Murray names one of their finished whiskies (“Wine Cask Finish Peated Single Malt”) a “Liquid Gold” winner of 2023.

2024

Fourth Milestone

The distillery’s Dragon Triple Cask expression is rated Best of Show at the 2024 Whiskies of the World competition in San Francisco — becoming the brand’s flagship and best-selling whiskey.
